EBCD will:

•  Facilitate contacts with key policy-makers of the EU and of the international fora.

•  Inform targeted EU institutions - Commission, Parliament, Economic and Social Committee, and Council,

•  Undertake EU funded conservation and development projects both in the EU and international countries ; and

•  Advise and facilitate access to EU funding
