EBCD will provide you the key tools and information needed to have a global vision of international and EU level negotiations and discussions among the fisheries and marine sectors.

You will beneficiate from EBCD privileged status within the European Communities and the international fora, in particular with relations and follow up with international environmental agreements /conventions (CITES, CBD, IWC and other fisheries organizations such as the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), Sea Legal and FROs.

Indeed, EBCD monitors EU and global environmental policy related to the mentioned topics.

More particularly, EBCD will offer you

•  A Legislative Monitoring: EBCD will keep you updated on the EU and international fora legislative progress. From outside, the sectors European and interntional fora legislative apparel can be quite difficult to understand. EBCD will thus provide you a reader-friendly format of all the discussions and major legislative evolutions.

•  Trends Reporting: EBCD will keep you informed on the discussions at the EU and international level through regular situation updates. This information will enable you to better understand the trends in order to anticipate the next EU and international legislation projects.
